Customer Follow-Up Direct Mail

Affinity Whole Health was a firm believer in the power of traditional direct mail. We began a series of customer focused emails that could be used as referral pieces for both existing and new customers. These designs were wildly successful and had a take rate of close to 83% when redeemed.
