One of the primary pillars of the Surefire CRM product offering is it’s award-winning marketing content. However, we wanted to be able to build a powerful interface that allowed our customers to setup a personalized path to deliver this content to their borrowers during their journey and experience. The content configuration wizard was pivotal in delivering this experience and was a massive success with Top of Mind and the Surefire CRM.
Having personalized marketing content in the mortgage industry is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, mortgages are significant financial decisions, and consumers expect tailored information that addresses their unique needs and circumstances.
