As the Senior Director of Creative and Digital Services at Navigate360, I was privileged to work for an organization dedicated to keeping kids safe. Navigate360 is a leading provider of comprehensive safety solutions for educational institutions and workplaces.

As the Senior Director of Creative and Digital Services, I ensured that the organization effectively communicated its mission and safety solutions through various creative and digital channels. I led a talented team of professionals and was responsible for developing creative content, digital marketing strategies, and user-friendly digital platforms.

My team and I worked tirelessly to create impactful and engaging campaigns, educational materials, and digital resources that would resonate with students, educators, parents, and administrators. We understood the importance of delivering clear and compelling messages to raise awareness about the need for comprehensive safety measures in schools and workplaces.

The role was critical in helping keep kids safe by effectively promoting and advocating for safety solutions. We aimed to reach a broad audience and empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to prevent and respond to potential threats by utilizing creative and digital channels.

Through our work, we aimed to foster a safety culture, provide valuable resources, and equip schools and workplaces with the necessary strategies to mitigate risks. We understood the vital role education and awareness played in preventing incidents and ensuring the well-being of children.

Working at Navigate360 as the Senior Director of Creative and Digital Services allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and communities. We created safer environments for children to learn and grow by effectively communicating safety solutions. It was a fulfilling and rewarding experience, knowing that my efforts played a part in helping to protect and empower the next generation.

Honored to Begin my Journey with Navigate360

I’m hired to be the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing. My role was wholly focused on customer marketing with a keen emphasis on customer renewals, retention, and reducing the churn. I was also responsible to creating promotional campaigns.

Promoted to Senior Director of Creative & Digital Services

In addition to my responsibility as the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing, I am also awarded the Sr. Director Role managing all of creative, web and working closely with the product and marketing teams to manage our brand.

Departure from Navigate360

After 2 amazing years of my life, the organization made the decision to go in a different direction and my role with the company was eliminated. It was an amazing journey that I am very proud of!
