As the Creative Director of the project I wanted to capture the essence of how customers would read about the stories of other customers. As most marketers know, customers sell better to customers. By providing a template to my design team, we would be able to capture the essence of each customer story and how our product, Surefire CRM, allowed them to be the hero of their narrative and win their own customers business.
